Subject: The last beam for the roof!!

Message: The last beam was highly celebrated in our family!!
All the beams fit in place perfectly and snug as I wanted.
By the way, look at that post. We cut it, let it cure for nearly a year, barked it, removed the carpenter ants and poly-eurathaned it to death to get it to that point.
In this whole property, I hope to recycle nearly all the trees we have to remove for two purposes:
1. to be a responsible builder, not wasting any resource and filling land fills with stuff we don't have to.
2. to prove that it can still be done the way it was decades ago and still is by the skilled craftsmen and women that know how to protect our resources.
